Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rate & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard US Shipping:  5-10 business days

Expedited options are available for an additional fee.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak seasons.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.  If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.  Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

UNHINGED Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and email us at support@wearunhinged.co so we can assist. 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address.
